About

Texas Data Law is an informational publication about data, privacy, information governance, and the information lifecycle, with Texas law first. It covers the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the other Texas statutes that create everyday privacy duties, federal privacy and security law where it reaches Texas organizations, and the governance practices that turn legal duties into working programs. Companion publications in the same network are Texas AI Law and Texas IP Law.

This is a draft outline of the publication for review. Guide pages present planning outlines, not finished articles.
